Shipping Policy

Just like everything else we do with our business, we strive to ship with thought and care.

We use quality, recycled materials for shipping, not only to lessen our footprint but also to ensure your products get to you in one happy piece. Because we use recycled materials, not all packing will be the same from one shipment to another, and shouldn't be counted on to look the same.

We are a small family business, that means we do all of the packaging and shipping ourselves. Because of this, we do our best to get orders out in the first couple of days after you place an order, but it sometimes can take a little longer, because, well, life with kids is sometimes unpredictable.

 

All of this being said, if you have an urgent shipping request we also get that and will do everything in our power to get it to you quickly, shoot us a text at 425-221-5972 if anything urgent comes up.

Return & Refund Policy

We get it, sometimes things aren't what we were hoping for, and sometimes shipping is unreliable and things get damaged. Unfortunately, we only offer returns and refunds for the latter reason.  All of our products offered are exactly as listed, and refunds and returns are only eligible if they become damaged in route to you. If you are simply unhappy with a product, please reach out via email to express your concerns so, if needed, we can update our website transparency for future customer satisfaction.

If you receive a damaged product, please take pictures of the following, and send the photos and a written description of what happened in an email to thestandcoffeecart@gmail.com. We will respond in 3-7 business days with the course of action for a refund and potential return. 

1. The package itself, with any exterior damage evidence included, with time stamps on the photo matching the day of delivery. We will not issues refunds due to damage from a package being left outside for days after delivery. 

2. The damage to the item. Damages include; water damage to any pages or linen spine, rips or tears to any pages, severe denting or breakage on the corners and covers of the book.
