When we started our coffee cart there was NO information out there to help us, at least none without a $400+ price tag. We were left to our own devices and whatever we could scrap together from Pinterest, google, and lots of government policies.

100% yes! When my husband and I started our cart, he was working full time and I was a full time mom and part time employee at a local shop. We would only operate on weekends and occasionally a weekday event. Our weekend events would average around $700 profit and would sometimes do 2 or 3 events in a weekend. It is totally worth it, especially if you (and a partner or friend) work well together.

The value of the information in this book is worth far more than its pricetag, as it lays out everything you need to start your coffee cart, and your hourly rate will be $35 so you will make the money back almost immediately after starting your cart! When we were starting our cart many sites and people were boasting a $200-$400 pricetag on a similar course, but we could not in our right mind charge a new business owner that amount, we get it, starting a business is expensive! We also couln't dish out this information for free (as much as we would love to do that) as we learned all of these lessons the hard (and expensive) way.
