Sourdough baking 101! In this intro to sourdough baking class you will learn how to feed and care for your starter, bake 2 kinds of sourdough loaves and get a take home sourdough starter kit. This is an in person class with an experienced sourdough baker!

Welcome to sourdough baking 101! An intimate baking class that will give you the confidence you need to get started on your bread baking journey. In this hour and a half baking class, you will get to see the process of making 2 different types of sourdough loaves, and make the dough for your loaf that you will bake at home the next day!
This class also comes with a full sourdough starter kit that includes; a jar of sourdough starter, a small silicone spatula, bread lame, tea towel & small baking scale. All you will need to bring to class is a medium sized glass or plastic bowl with a lid or cover, a way to take notes, and your questions!
